GOC Workforce & Perceptions Survey 2026
The General Optical Council (GOC) wants to hear from you about what it’s like working or studying in today’s eye care sector.
The GOC Workforce and Perceptions Survey 2026 is your chance to give your views on important topics including job satisfaction, commercial pressures, working conditions, future plans, the impact of artificial intelligence, and mandatory sight tests for drivers over 70.
It only takes around 10 minutes, and by taking part you can enter a prize draw to win a £250 online gift card.
The GOC has invited an independent organisation, Enventure Research, to collect responses to the survey. The GOC will receive a report on the findings and anonymised data from the survey.
Your name and email address were securely passed to Enventure Research by the GOC and will only be used by Enventure Research for the purposes of carrying out this survey and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
