Good to know
Is it really free?
Yes. There’s no cost and no obligation. If the summary suggests research would help, we’ll give you indicative costs and you can decide whether to take it further.
Who will I be speaking to?
One of our senior researchers who works on membership projects, not a salesperson.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No, but it helps if you can share a recent member survey, renewal figures or any feedback you already collect. We treat everything you share as confidential.
We already run a member survey. Is this still useful?
Very much so. Many organisations have more data than they use. We’ll look at what your survey tells you, what it misses, and how to get more from it.
