Have we contacted you?
If you have been invited to take part in a survey, interview, focus group, or other research by Enventure Research, you can find out more here and check that the contact is genuine.
Independent research, not a sales approach
Enventure Research carries out market and social research on behalf of organisations across the UK, including membership bodies, regulators, local authorities, public health organisations, housing providers, and transport bodies.
You may have received a telephone call, email, letter, or other invitation, or been approached by one of our interviewers while we are carrying out fieldwork. The purpose is to gather views and experiences for a research project, not to sell you a product or service.
Want to check it is genuine?
Contact our office and tell us how you were approached, the name of the organisation or project mentioned, and any details you were given. We can confirm whether the research is being carried out by Enventure.
Taking part in our research
Every project is different, but these principles apply to the way we approach research participants.
Taking part is voluntary
You can decide whether or not to participate. Where relevant, the researcher or invitation will explain what taking part involves before you begin.
Your responses are used for research
We collect information to answer the research questions set for the project. We do not use a research interview as an opportunity to sell products or services.
Privacy information is project-specific
The way personal data and responses are handled depends on the study. Relevant information should be provided in the invitation, survey, or project privacy notice.
Professional research standards
Enventure Research is an MRS Company Partner and works in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
