The brief

- Enventure Research was commissioned to test those commitments with residents before wider introduction.
The approach
- Three focus groups were recruited to reflect West Yorkshire by age, gender, ethnicity, disability, and local authority area.
- Participants included users of different forms of public transport as well as private vehicles.
- Each one-hour online group explored transport experiences, awareness of WYCA and Weaver, and detailed reactions to the proposed commitments.
The outcome
- Enventure Research produced a comprehensive report supported by anonymous verbatim comments.
- The research gave WYCA clear feedback on how residents understood and responded to the proposed commitments.
- The findings will help refine the commitments and support introduction of the Weaver Network.
