- Enventure Research has been commissioned annually since 2023 to undertake data collection for the resident survey.
The approach

- Telephone interviewing used quotas based on the latest population data, with additional face-to-face fieldwork used to meet quotas and reach harder-to-reach groups.
The outcome
- A robust representative sample of 1,000 interviews is achieved for each survey.
- Following quality checks, Enventure Research provided a topline report and anonymised data for the Council’s in-house analysis.
