The project

Combining engagement tracking with timely organisational feedback

An annual survey programme designed to maintain trend data while addressing emerging workplace issues.

01

The brief

IOSH needed its annual staff survey to track employee engagement and also wanted timely feedback on proposed new worker types introduced following changes to working patterns during the pandemic.

02

The approach

We developed the online questionnaire with IOSH, incorporating established engagement measures alongside additional questions on the worker-type trial. Email invitations and targeted reminders were sent directly to employees.

03

The outcome

The survey generated 165 responses, representing an 85% response rate. Enventure Research provided comprehensive analysis and reporting, including comparisons with previous years.

  • High-participation evidence on employee engagement.
  • Specific feedback on proposed new ways of working.
  • Benchmarking to help IOSH identify where the employee experience could continue to improve.
