- All eligible European-qualified dental professionals were invited to an online survey through personalised emails and reminders.
- 2,464 registrants responded, representing a 39% response rate.
- Follow-up telephone interviews were stratified by UK nation and professional role to add context and depth.
The outcome
- Enventure Research produced a comprehensive report with subgroup analysis, conclusions, and a series of shareable infographics.
- The research gave the GDC evidence on workforce intentions and the factors influencing decisions to remain in or leave the UK.
