Fieldwork has recently started at the three HWRCs in Wakefield (Household Waste and Recycling Centre) and a selection of the Bring Sites located across the district. Enventure Research is carrying out this user satisfaction research on behalf of Renewi and Wakefield Council.
Across the three HWRCs in Wakefield, namely Denby Dale, Glasshoughton and South Kirkby, a minimum sample of 1,300 will be achieved by Enventure’s team of skilled local interviewers. In addition to this, 600 interviews will be completed across six of the 30 Bring Sites in the district.
The research aims to gauge satisfaction with the sites and kerbside recycling services in order to inform future service development.
