Sheffield City Council has commissioned multiple travel-related surveys as part of its ambitious plans to enhance transport connectivity and promote active travel within the city. With the goal of transforming Sheffield into a greener, more accessible, and attractive place to live and work, the council is prioritising initiatives that improve travel experiences for cyclists and pedestrians.
Enventure Research has been selected to conduct research at various locations across the city to gather insights into travel patterns and preferences of pedestrians and cyclists before implementing changes. Surveys have already been conducted in areas such as Kelham Island, Neepsend, Nether Edge, Sheaf Valley, Magna-Tinsley, Darnall, and Attercliffe.
Enventure Research has provided valuable insights that help the council better understand the needs of pedestrians and cyclists to improve their experiences and encourage more active travel.
