Enventure Research recently worked with the International Compliance Association (ICA) to deliver their 2024 member survey.
ICA is the leading professional body for the global regulatory and financial crime compliance community, supporting over 21,000 members across 155 countries through access to a wide range of insight, best practice, resources and benefits.
The survey aimed to gain new insight to drive product development of the membership offering by exploring member awareness, use, and satisfaction with benefits and services, and to gather gather tangible marketing statistics on membership satisfaction and the impact of ICA membership on members’ careers.
Following an encouraging response to an online survey, a wealth of useful findings were generated for the ICA, provided in a comprehensive report written by Enventure Research. The report included a number of positive statistics for the ICA, including an increase in Net Promoter Score. It also provided useful suggestions and areas of focus from members for how to improve member services.
