Following the Peabody Universal Credit Survey conducted by Enventure Research in July 2019, Peabody has commissioned Enventure Research to carry out a telephone survey of its residents who have started claiming Universal Credit since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey will be conducted by Enventure’s IQCS trained interviewers with 650 Peabody residents, covering topics such as reasons for claiming Universal Credit, the application process, experiences and impact of receiving Universal Credit, employment, health and wellbeing. The findings from this research will help Peabody to understand how claiming Universal Credit during this time has affected its residents in order to improve Peabody’s services and to inform their recommendations for change to government policies.
