Enventure Research is working with Cory to deliver its 2021 Satisfaction Survey with users of the Northumberland Wharf Reuse & Recycling Centre (RRC). Our trained and experienced interviewer will be interviewing site visitors over a seven-day fieldwork period in July to establish their satisfaction with the RRC. The survey results will be compared against the 2019 Satisfaction Survey, also delivered by Enventure Research, to track visitors’ attitudes and opinions over time.
