CLC Workplace and Diversity Survey 2025
Thank you for your interest in the CLC Workplace and Diversity Survey 2025.
This research helps the CLC understand more about its regulated community and how the sector is changing. This year, the survey asks you about diversity, your experiences, wellbeing, remuneration, and workplace culture.
By taking part, you’ll help articulate what it’s really like to work in probate and conveyancing today.
Your feedback will shape the CLC’s future work on diversity, wellbeing, and workplace culture — helping ensure the profession continues on its journey to being one where everyone feels valued, supported and enabled to deliver high quality legal services.
Who can contribute?
The CLC is inviting feedback from CLC Lawyers and Managers, CLC Practices, and all other employees working at CLC Practices.
1. If you are a CLC Lawyer or Manager, you can access the survey here. You will need to log in using your email address registered with the CLC. If you are unsure, please check the email sent by the CLC on or after 4 November.
2. If you are completing on behalf of your practice, you can access the survey here. You will need to log in using the practice email address as registered with the CLC. If you are unsure, please check the email sent by the CLC on 18 November.
3. For all other employees, you can access the survey here. You will need to log in using your practice’s CLC number, which can be obtained from the CLC website.
“Please do take part — and encourage your colleagues to do the same. The survey should take around ten minutes to complete. Together, we can help shape a stronger, more inclusive profession.”
Stephen Ward, Director of Strategy and External Relations
