The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) appointed Enventure Research to undertake a survey of its entire membership, consisting of around 45,000 members in the UK and overseas.
The membership engagement survey was securely hosted online and personalised invitations to participate were emailed to all CIOB members, and 6,123 responses were received representing a 14% response rate.
The survey provided valuable feedback on a number of different topics, and provided CIOB with an up to date understanding of its membership. The findings will help CIOB to ensure it continues to provide support and services to meet its members’ needs.
