Enventure Research has recently worked with the Intensive Care Society to provide analysis and reporting for its Equality, Diversity and Inclusion survey.
The Society had recently delivered a survey to gain member insight into the topic after it’s EDI group had recognised that more could be done to understand EDI within the community. 352 responses were received from a wide range of professions working in critical care, including doctors, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, dietitians, pharmacists, occupational therapists, and other allied healthcare professionals.
Enventure Research conducted a detailed analysis of the survey data, presenting the overall results and highlighting any statistical differences and patterns in the results where possible. As the majority of survey questions were free-text, the analysis involved thematic coding of these responses, developing code frames to categorise the data by grouping similar responses together.
The analysis was presented in a research report, including easy-to-digest charts and tables.
