The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) recently commissioned Enventure Research to deliver its annual market insight survey. The CIPP registers over 9,500 members, provides approved qualifications and training, and is dedicated to raising the profile of payroll in businesses across the UK.
A questionnaire was co-designed by CIPP and Enventure Research to evaluate customer satisfaction and experience, understand issues facing the industry, and establish areas for improvement. The survey was hosted online and promoted to current and lapsed CIPP members, and the wider payroll profession.
The survey elicited a significantly increased response compared with previous years, providing robust data for analysis and reporting. The findings will help inform the development of future CIPP strategy and business plans.
