Leeds City Council, through the project Legible Leeds, is improving the information that helps people find their way around the city centre. The council has commissioned Enventure to conduct research in the city centre to ensure that the new signage and information system meets the needs of those who come into contact with the signs including visitors, people working in the city centre and city centre residents.
The research, which will be undertaken in two phases, will involve on-street interviews and observations at various locations across the city.
Commenting on the recent win, Caroline Herring, Research Manager, said, “We are extremely excited to be working on this particular research project as the findings will be used to support the development of the signage information which will be in place for a long time to come”.
