Wakefield Council has set a very clear direction when setting the council budget – it wants to ensure that residents are at the heart of everything the Council does and, therefore, it needs to understand the voice of its residents.
Wakefield Council appointed Enventure Research to undertake a comprehensive consultation with residents and businesses, using quantitative and qualitative approaches.
The consultation will explore a range of topics, including exploring what matters the most to individuals and their families, what the role of the Council should be how what are the different ways the Council should consider managing budget pressures.
