Enventure Research is delighted to be working with Clarion Housing Group on their annual Resident Survey, having successfully delivered the same survey in 2017 and 2018.
The telephone survey will ensure that 1,000 Clarion residents are interviewed
Clarion is the amalgamation of Affinity Sutton and Circle Housing, the Resident Survey seeks to understand the views of these residents to gain valuable insight about their experiences and satisfaction with the merged housing association.
As with the previous Resident Surveys, Enventure Research will be conducting 1,000 telephone surveys with residents from Affinity Sutton, and a further 1,000 with Circle residents. The sample will be representative of Clarion residents, as Enventure are working to achieve set quotas.
The results from this year’s Resident Survey will build upon previous surveys and continue to inform Clarion on the views of their residents.
